Intersect Power’s 3,000-acre Lumina II solar development is the sister to Lumina 1 and will also generate anticipated 360 megawatts of renewable power for Texas homes and businesses. KWRE team members supported the proposed development by providing land surveying, due diligence support and preliminary civil and electrical engineering design. Due Diligence deliverables included a development constraints map, hydrological study and report, ALTA survey, and aerial topographic and utility survey. Additionally, an interactive site map complete with boundaries, control points, photos and video footage was provided by KWRE’s Virtual Visit platform.
