Intersect Power’s 2,000-acre Radian solar development will generate an anticipated 415 megawatts of renewable power for Texas homes and businesses. KWRE has supported the proposed development by providing land surveying, due diligence support and preliminary engineering design. Due Diligence deliverables included a development constraints map, hydrological study and report, ALTA survey, and aerial topographic and utility survey. Additionally, an interactive site map complete with boundaries, control points, photos and video footage was provided KWRE’s Virtual Visit platform.
