What is your approach to helping clients meet their renewable energy goals?
“When I meet with or talk to clients, I actively listen to understand their concerns and goals, ask clarifying questions, set clear expectations, communicate effectively, deliver quality work that aligns with their vision, and seek regular feedback all while building a strong relationship with them.”

What is your favorite source of renewable energy and why?
“Wind energy mainly because windmills were one of the earlier means of power generation. Also, my father used to take me fishing near a windmill and he would explain the motor functions to the 5-year-old me and I was fascinated.”

What project is your favorite and why?
“My favorite project so far is a confidential project in New Mexico. This project was fun! It was my first one and we had lots of earth movement which allowed me to use free space in concept and real-life constructability. We were able to use 3D Modeling technology to achieve a quality product.”

What’s your favorite solution to a challenge you’ve faced?
“When presented with an issue on a project, the team workshopped many ideas. After collaboration, the team decided on a viable solution to water shed on one our project sites.”
