“My favorite source of renewable energy is solar energy. It’s sustainable and increasingly efficient and cost-effective. The ability of solar energy to reduce carbon footprints and provide clean, scalable power solutions aligns closely with our goals for a greener future.”
What project is your favorite and why?
“My favorite part of any project actually begins before the project itself — it’s in building the trusted relationships that lay the foundation for success. I love collaborating with clients early on, serving as their go-to point of contact and helping turn their vision into reality. It’s incredibly rewarding to guide them through the initial stages, navigate challenges together, and ensure their renewable energy goals are set up for success.”
What’s your favorite solution to a challenge you’ve faced?
“I thrive when challenged to grow and learn, especially in scenarios where initially no straightforward solution is apparent. My favorite solution has been developing strong business development relationships that enable collaborative problem-solving and shared growth.”
Why are you passionate about renewable energy?
“I am passionate about renewable energy because of its potential to significantly impact our planet positively. It provides a pathway to decrease our environmental footprint and contributes to a sustainable and secure energy future.”
Outside of KWRE, what are your favorite hobbies?
“Outside of work, I enjoy working out, hiking, cheering for the 49ers, spending quality time with my golden doodle, Rosie, and embracing the joys of being a mom.”
