“I listen to the client’s concerns and identify their pain points or areas of concern upfront. Then I try to address those items head on and do as much preliminary research as possible.”
What is your favorite source of renewable energy and why?
“PV Array/Solar Farms. These projects do not cause a lot of ground disturbance which helps to maintain the natural terrain and contributes energy to the power grid for the respective state.”
What project is your favorite and why?
“Two of our confidential projects in New Mexico are my favorite projects because they served as my introduction to the renewable energy world. I also got to visit New Mexico to meet the project team.”
What’s your favorite solution to a challenge you’ve faced?
“My favorite solution, for any issue or problem, is picking up the phone. Having a conversation with the City, jurisdiction, Client, etc. and trying to work through the problem together has led to success time and again.”
Why are you passionate about renewable energy?
“Implementation of renewable energy creates a positive feedback loop. The more renewable energy is utilized, the greater environmental benefits and therefore greater encouragement to lean into renewable resources.”
Outside of KWRE, what are your favorite hobbies?
“I love spending time with my daughter and family, baking, reading, and snowboarding.”

What’s been your favorite moment at KWRE?
“One of my favorite moments at KWRE was when I got to use previous experiences I have gained with Kier + Wright to obtain a permit and variance for a carport PV project.”
